The cosy Sapphire Therapy Rooms in Southernhay Exeter City Centre, has ample street and multi-story parking available. There are easily accessible bus routes and train lines. ​I am situated on the top floor with no access to lifts, so please consider this. If stairs are a significant problem, please let me know, and we can discuss other options.  ​

 

The calming and tranquil Exeter Wellbeing Hub is situated on the ground floor just a 2-minute walk from Exeter Central Station.

Online: Sessions can take place online if getting into Exeter is difficult. I use Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
